Hi! I’m Carolina, 23 years old, from Portugal. I have completed my degree in Computer Science at FEUP and I’m now pursuing a Master’s in Software Engineering, also at FEUP. Over the years, I’ve realised that what I enjoy the most is building things that are both useful and meaningful, whether that means solving a real problem, improving an experience, or simply creating something people genuinely enjoy using.
I’m naturally curious and I like understanding how things work, exploring new ideas, and learning by doing. That is one of the reasons technology feels like such a good fit for me: it combines logic, creativity, and continuous growth. I enjoy both the technical side of development and the more human side of design, communication, and collaboration.
Outside of tech, I love coffee-fueled mornings with music in the background, long walks, helping animals whenever I can, and getting lost in a good series. I care a lot about doing things with purpose, staying kind, and enjoying the process as much as the result.

Completed a summer internship in a professional consulting and technology environment, gaining hands-on experience with teamwork, delivery processes, and real-world project dynamics.
Designed and developed financial management tools using C#, .NET Core, and Angular. Worked in agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Designed and developed responsive websites for small businesses and personal projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Figma, with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and visual identity.
